in order to put on your cord bracelet, we invite you to loosen the two knots as much as possible by sliding them towards the ends. you can then slide the bracelet around your wrist and tighten the two knots towards the inside of the bracelet.
the size is unique and adjustable.
at its tightest, the cord bracelet fits a size 15cm. at the widest, the bracelet fits a size 21cm.
please note that if the bracelet is too big or too small, you can contact us by email at eshop@legramme so that we can send you a shorter or longer cord to fit your wrist.

le gramme offers you laser engraving on your first order placed on our eshop by subscribing to our newsletter. After having filled in your email address, you will receive a first email 24 hours after your subscription with your free engraving code to be inserted in the "promotional code" part before proceeding to the payment.

le gramme offers 2 different styles of engraving: laser engraving and calligraphy engraving. These styles of engraving are presented on the personalization page of the site.

each engraving style has a maximum number of characters, depending on the piece of jewelry you wish to have engraved. the maximum number of characters is indicated when you personalize your jewelry.
the time of reception of a personalized jewel is 15 working days as from the date of the order.

it is possible to order the piece you want for the purpose of checking the size and then have it engraved later. to do this, simply contact our customer service department by e-mail at eshop@legramme.com and tell them you want to do this. to send your jewelry back to us, simply use the DHL return slip you will find in your package, and we will send you your engraved jewelry within 15 working days of our receiving it.
personalized jewelry is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
if you want you want to cancel a personalization you have ordered, you just have to contact the customer service on the day of the order before 2pm UTC+1 (or the next day 2pm UTC+1 if the order was placed after this time). after this time, it will not be possible to cancel your personalization request.

925 silver is a noble material whose evolution over time depends on several factors (contact with water, pH of the skin, etc.). it is therefore possible that your jewelry oxidizes naturally. it is however possible to restore its original shine, by cleaning it carefully with a chamois and/or by using a specific product designed for this purpose. you can discover all our maintenance tips for your jewelry on our maintenance tips page.
