To be able to put on your cord bracelet, we invite you to loosen the cord as much as possible by sliding the two small knots towards the ends. you can then slip the bracelet around your wrist then tighten the two knots towards the inside of the bracelet.

the size is unique and adjustable.

at the tightest, the cord bracelet is suitable for a size 15 cm. At its widest, the bracelet is suitable for a size 21 cm.

Please note that if the bracelet is too large or too small, you can contact us by email at eshop@legramme so that we can send you a shorter or longer cord to adapt it to your wrist.

If the jewelry you want is no longer available, you can click on "notify me of availability" . All you need to do is enter your email address and you will then be informed by email of the restocking of the jewelry in question. for rings and jewelry in 750 gold, you can contact customer service at eshop@legramme.com who will take care of ordering the jewelry you want specially for you.

engraving

Personalization of articles is not possible on our entire “archives” selection.

The engraving carried out by le gramme is laser engraving . it is presented to you on the personalization page of the site.

in fact, each engraving style has a maximum number of characters, depending on the jewelry you wish to engrave. the maximum number of characters is indicated when personalizing your jewelry.

The time limit for receiving personalized jewelry is 15 working days from the date the order is placed.

it is possible to order your jewelry to check the size and then do the engraving. To do this, simply contact customer service at eshop@legramme.com and express your wish. We will then tell you how to return your jewelry to us.

personalized jewelry is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

If you wish to cancel a personalization you have ordered, simply contact customer service on the day of the order before 2 p.m. UTC+1 (or the next day 2 p.m. UTC+1 if the order was placed after this time). after this time, it will no longer be possible to cancel your personalization request.

payment

on our eshop, it is possible to pay for your order by credit card ( visa, mastercard, american express ). your bank account will be debited upon validation of your order on our eshop. Paypal payments are also accepted, as well as Apple Pay (in France only) and Klarna (in the United States only).

delivery

contact customer service (by email at eshop@legramme.com maximum 30 minutes after placing your order. Please note, despite all our efforts and our responsiveness, it is impossible for us to guarantee cancellation.

in the European Union, delivery is free for any order with a purchase amount greater than €200 including tax, and it is charged €15 for orders worth €200 including tax or less.

outside the European Union, delivery is free with no minimum purchase amount.

Customs fees are not included in the price of your jewelry, they will be the responsibility of the customer and to be paid upon arrival of your order (for all orders outside France and the European Union).

for any order without personalization, the delivery time is 4 working days after the date the order is placed within the European Union, and 7 working days for shipments outside the European Union.

For personalized orders, the delivery time is 15 working days after the date the order is placed within the European Union, and 20 working days for shipments outside the European Union.

We invite you to contact our customer service at eshop@legramme.com , indicating the country of destination as well as the desired items (item name, size, finish, etc.).

For your information, the jewelry will be exempt from taxes (VAT), however, transport costs and any customs fees will be your responsibility.

Orders to European Union countries are shipped via DHL delivered against signature. Orders to countries outside the European Union are shipped via Fedex .

If you wish to change the delivery address that you have provided, please contact us customer service (by email at eshop@legramme.com 30 minutes maximum after placing your order. be careful, despite all our efforts and our reactivity, it is impossible for us to guarantee that we will be able to change the address on time.

it is not possible to postpone the sending date of your package. if your order is placed before 2 p.m. UTC+1, it will be sent the same day. if it is received after this time, it will be sent the next day.

returns

le gram does not offer direct exchanges of your jewelry. If you wish to order another size or another model, we invite you to complete your return request via this form . As soon as your request is validated, you will receive a prepaid return slip by email.

you must enter your order number as well as your delivery postal code.

you can follow the returns instructions on the issued slip.

upon receipt of your package, we will contact you by email to confirm the processing of your return.

Please note: only jewelry received in perfect condition, not engraved and in its original, intact packaging can be returned.

In order for us to return your jewelry, it must return to us in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.

if your jewelry does not suit you, le gram offers you the return of your order*.

*le gramme takes care of one return per order at its own expense.

for orders of jewelry belonging to the "archives" selection, returns will be charged €10 (converted into the local quote) per shipment. these fees will be directly deducted from your refund.

you have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return (excluding special operations).

exchanges are not offered by le gramme. therefore, if you wish to order another size or another model, we invite you to return the item that you do not wish to keep, and place a new order.

personalized jewelry is not refundable.

Please note that special orders subject to a quote and custom production are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

The processing time for your return is 15 days . the refund amount will be credited to the payment method used to make the purchase.

925 silver is a noble material whose evolution over time depends on several factors (contact with water, pH of the skin, etc.). it is therefore possible that your jewelry will oxidize naturally. However, it is possible to restore its original shine by cleaning it carefully with a chamois cloth and/or using a specific product intended for this purpose . If your cord is damaged and/or has broken, you must notify customer service who will then send you a new cord with an explanatory guide for mounting it on your jewelry.
